801 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using any services offered by 801. By registering for or using our platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out below.

Acceptance of Terms and Scope of Agreement
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 801 ("Platform", "We"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 801 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms set out in this document.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use our platform. Continued use following any amendments to the Terms will be considered acceptance of those amended Terms.
These Terms apply to all users accessing the 801 platform, including visitors without an account, registered users, and any party interacting with our services in any capacity. The 801 platform is intended for users aged 18 and above only.
Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
- Each user is only permitted to hold one active account at any time.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
- The use of false identities or misleading information is strictly prohibited.
- You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- Your password must be kept confidential and must not be shared with any third party.
- You are required to notify us immediately if any unauthorised access to your account occurs.
- 801 will never ask for your password via email or social media.
- Two-factor authentication is strongly encouraged for added account protection.
- We reserve the right to temporarily suspend an account if suspicious activity is detected.
- Any losses arising from a user's negligence in maintaining their account security are the user's own responsibility.
Payment, Transaction and Currency Information
All financial transactions on the 801 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposits are made using a valid payment method and in their own name. The use of another person's credit card or bank account is strictly prohibited.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same account or payment method used for the deposit, subject to applicable limits and conditions. 801 reserves the right to request identity verification before approving any withdrawal request, particularly for amounts exceeding certain thresholds.

Account Suspension and Closure Policy
- Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Fraud, misrepresentation, or providing false information during registration.
- Attempts to manipulate the betting system or impersonate another person.
- Money laundering activities or transactions suspected to involve illegal activity.
- The use of automated software, bots, or any unauthorised methods to access the platform is strictly prohibited.
Users who wish to close their account voluntarily may contact the 801 support team via our official email. Before closure, please ensure all account balances have been withdrawn. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
Platform Liability Limits
801 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, our platform. This includes but is not limited to lost betting funds, service interruptions, technical errors, or inaccuracies in information available on the platform.
Our platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. 801's maximum total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount paid by that user to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials available on the 801 platform are the exclusive property of 801 or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written permission from 801.

The 801 platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational convenience. We do not control or take responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites. Accessing third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms and Governing Law
Changes to These Terms
801 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Notice of changes will be provided via in-platform notifications or email to registered users. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted to the platform unless otherwise stated. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through negotiation between both parties. Should negotiations fail within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 801 regarding your use of our platform and supersede all prior agreements or communications on the same subject matter.
